This App is good for a quick 9x9 or 13x13 game on your way to work or whenever you got some time to kill. Enough Players to find a game quickly. Ads are a bit annoying but okay. The rating is weird but who cares. All in all fun Go app to hone your 9x9 game skills!

good but i think it should be developed

I enjoy playing this game and I play it often but a crucial change is needed. Countless times I accidentally placed a stone where I didnt want and it cost me a valued play or even the game. A double tap to place a stone would be nice. Please fix this. I would give this app four stars if it wasnt for this needed fix.

Simple but great app. It has never crashed and works perfectly.

My big compliant is I have no idea how the score system works. I will be wining then at the end of the game it will say I lost. Also all the scores at the end of each game gave decimals. As far as I know Go cant have decimals in a score. I looked on line to try to find the answer, because the app its self does not explain this, and I just found Im right. I dont know how the winner is determined, but this is not Go.

Byo-yomi and a better scoring engine would be great, but this is a great way to play a quick game of online go on your phone.

This app does exactly what it sets out to do. It provides a great platform for a quick game 9x9 go. (It also does 13x13, but I dont use that board size.) The ELO rating system does a good job of matching up opponents of approximately equal skill, and there are enough users and bots that I rarely have to wait long for a game. Its great fun!

No useless features. It would be good to have a home button on the game results page.

It would be useful to have a forum for players and observers to discuss a game once it is complete.

Great app for quick 9x9 or 13x13 go games with an opponent always available within a few seconds. A few complaints: You cant chat with your opponent, players cant arrange to play with each other, handicaps cant be used (as far as I can tell), its too easy to accidentally place your stone in the wrong place, and I havent found game rules anywhere yet (basic time is 5 minutes with 4 seconds added per move and no byo-yomi, area scoring I think).

Try it and see. Would be amazing if they could make a 19x19 version somehow..

Love the setting, but the app makes a huge noise on iPad. Other than that this is the best free app I have found so far which connects two players online. Really cool!

Filling the gap for players who want a quick 9x9 (or 13x13) game against a human opponent. Generally works well and keeps on trucking even when network problems intervene. Would be 5 stars if it allowed easier export of games.

Just remember to note your password so you can keep your account after iOS updates.
